The catch is you have to sign up for a service like eBay (free, just have to make 1 bid and you don't have to win) or AOL for broadband (which is free for 45 days and you can cancel it (1-800-827-6364) without getting charged and you don't need to have aol or use it)

It will take a few days for it to take effect. you have to give your credit card to the legit company (not freeipod.com but eBay, aol, gm etc) in order to sign up.

And get 5 people to do the same (doesn't have to be the same time) and you'll will get your own ipod.
